The first one is of Sevilla, titled "El baile" (the dance). This is not the full picture. Sorry! It is a celebration in May, with a Cross/ Cruz in honor of the occasion.
The second is clearly Valencian due to the oranges. It is of a procession. Not entirely sure which!
